Uniqul started a closed-door test of Uniqul’s face recognition technology at a partner company in Espoo. “Our client is a large government owned gambling company in Finland, and this test is the first time we have taken our technology out of the labs, to test with real users” – explains Oscar Tuutti, company’s CEO.

The technology consists of two camera-equipped stands, one of which is designed for users to sign up and second one is used for face recognition. Users can opt-in to be recognized even while wearing their eye-glasses.
